1. Store Overview & Product Information

RawTalkCo is an online retailer specializing in Print-On-Demand (POD) apparel and accessories.

  • Digital Mockups vs. Physical Products: The product images displayed on our store are digital mockups. Because computer monitors display colors in RGB and garment printers use CMYK ink, there may be slight color variations between the physical product and what you see on your screen.

  • Sizing Tolerances: Industry-standard manufacturing allows for a sizing tolerance of up to ±1 inch from our official size charts. Minor variations in color or sizing within these margins do not constitute a defective product.

2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Fraud Prevention: If our payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Shopify Payments) flags an order as high-risk for fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately and issue a refund without prior notice.

  • Customer Cancellations: As stated in our Shipping Policy, because our items are made-to-order, you may only request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order. After 6 hours, the order enters production and cannot be altered or cancelled.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Import Duties

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

  • International Taxes: For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. RawTalkCo does not collect these fees at checkout and will not refund orders returned due to unpaid customs fees.

4. Return, Refund, and Chargeback Policy

Your purchase is strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or wrong color selection.

  • Anti-Chargeback Clause: We strictly monitor fraudulent chargebacks and PayPal disputes. By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first at support@rawtalkco.com to resolve any issues regarding defective items or lost packages. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., claiming “Item Not Received” when tracking shows “Delivered”, or claiming an item is defective without providing photo evidence) is a violation of these Terms and may result in a permanent ban from our store and reporting to payment processing authorities.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. RawTalkCo is not liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA Notice

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of RawTalkCo or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Copyright Infringement Claims: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. In no case shall RawTalkCo, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific product(s) in question.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., and we use third-party Print-On-Demand services (such as Printify) to fulfill orders. We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like order tracking pages) which we neither monitor nor have any control over.
