At RawTalkCo, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and seamless checkout experience. Please read our Billing Terms & Conditions carefully to understand how payments are processed on our store.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we use PayPal as our primary payment gateway to ensure the highest level of security for our customers.
Through the PayPal gateway, you can complete your purchase using:

  • Your existing PayPal Balance.

  • Major Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Important Note for Non-PayPal Users: You do not need to have a registered PayPal account to pay with your credit or debit card. Simply click the “Pay with PayPal” button at checkout, and select the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” (Guest Checkout) option to enter your card details directly and securely.

2. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices displayed on RawTalkCo are in US Dollars (USD).

  • If you are browsing our store from outside the United States (e.g., the UK, EU, or Australia), the checkout will still process your final payment in USD.

  • Your credit card company or bank will automatically convert the USD transaction amount into your local currency based on their current daily exchange rate. Please note that any foreign transaction fees or conversion fees applied by your bank are your sole responsibility.

3. Payment Processing & Order Confirmation

  • Immediate Charge: Because our items are custom printed on demand, your selected payment method will be charged immediately upon placing the order. This secures your order and allows us to send it to our printing facilities without delay.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order summary and receipt. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

4. Payment Security & SSL Encryption

Your security is our top priority. The RawTalkCo website is secured with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, utilizing 256-bit encryption technology.

  • We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card numbers or bank account details.

  • All sensitive payment information is securely handled and encrypted directly by PayPal, which complies with the strictest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

5. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect against fraudulent transactions and unauthorized chargebacks, we employ automated fraud-detection systems provided by our platform and PayPal.

  • We reserve the right to verify any order, which may include contacting you via email to confirm your identity or billing address.

  • If our system flags an order as high-risk (e.g., the billing address does not match the cardholder’s address, or a suspicious IP address is used), we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order immediately without prior notice.

6. Taxes and Duties

As stated in our Shipping Policy, product prices are exclusive of international customs duties, local taxes, or VAT.

  • Depending on your shipping destination, your local customs authority may charge import taxes or handling fees once the package arrives in your country.

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. RawTalkCo does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot estimate them. We will not issue refunds for orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs duties.

7. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase on RawTalkCo, you agree to our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
If you experience an issue with your order (e.g., delayed shipping or a defective product), you agree to contact our support team first at support@rawtalkco.com before opening a dispute with PayPal or filing a chargeback with your credit card issuer. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is a violation of these terms and will result in a permanent ban from our store.
